Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you've already received.
Iconsharp and the company, individual, entity, or organization who has purchased or is presently purchasing an Iconsharp license (the License) through the Web Store at iconsharp.com (Customer, together with Company, the Parties) agree:
Customer's purchase of the License shall be strictly non-refundable, except pursuant to the terms of this Policy.
You also agree that iconsharp is not required to provide a refund in the following cases:
— You change your mind about an item
— You bought an item by mistake
— You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item
After thirty (30) days following the purchase of the License, or following Customer's first download of an Iconsharp product, the Customer's purchase of the License shall be final and strictly non-refundable.
If the Customer requests a refund for the purchase of a Licence within thirty (30) days of purchase, the Customer shall only be entitled to a refund for the Licence in the event of critical problems preventing access to the purchased Iconsharp products / assets.
This Policy is given for the same consideration as, and as part of the same transaction with, the License. Either Party's continued performance, including but not limited to Customer's use of Company's services, website, platform, and tools, shall constitute such Party's consent to and intent to be bound by this Policy.
Said Refund Policy is provided through our website in open access. Please note that when purchasing a product through our website you are, as a customer, considered to be aware of our Refund Policy statements.
